The honest comparison
A suite or a specialist, depending on what you need
Fetchify bundles address lookup with email, phone and bank validation, and has ready-made integrations for platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, WooCommerce and Zapier. If you want all of those checks from one supplier, that is a real advantage.
Pricing works differently. Fetchify uses credits, with different checks using different amounts, and builds plans around each customer, starting from £45 a year (October 2026). AddressBrain publishes nine monthly plans for UK address lookup on its pricing page.
When Fetchify makes sense
If you need email, phone and bank validation as well as addresses, or a packaged connector for your CRM or ERP, Fetchify's suite saves you stitching suppliers together. We would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
When AddressBrain makes sense
If address capture is the job and you want a known monthly bill, a published price and a REST API your developers can wire into a checkout or onboarding flow in an afternoon, that is what AddressBrain is built for.
Included on every AddressBrain plan
Postcode lookup, autocomplete, validation, new-build coverage and 1.4m UK business names, in the free trial and on every paid plan. Nothing is a bolt-on.
Pricing side by side
Nine plans, one page, no credit maths.
AddressBrain plans run from £49 a month for 1,000 lookups (4.9p) to £999 for 33,000 (3.0p), with volume pricing above that. Fetchify prices by quote, with starter plans from £45 a year and high-volume usage from around 1p a lookup according to its pricing page. If you are comparing, ask for a quote at your expected monthly volume and set it against the plan table here.
